LP2982AIM5-5.0/NOPB

The LP2982AIM5-5.0/NOPB is a 5V fixed output low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator designed to provide ultra-low dropout and lower noise in battery powered applications. Using an optimized VIP (Vertically integrated PNP) process, the device delivers unequaled performance in all specifications critical to battery-powered designs, the dropout voltage is typically 120mV at 50mA load and 7mV at 1mA load. Ground pin current - typically 375µA at 50mA load and 80µA at 1mA load.

• <1µA Quiescent current when shutdown
• Low ground pin current at all loads
• 1% Output voltage accuracy
• High peak current capability (150mA typical)
• Low ZOUT 0.3R (10Hz to 1MHz)
• Green product and no Sb/Br
